On March 26, a stay-at-home order was issued for our area in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19). However, as an essential business, as outlined by the Department of Homeland Security, we have a duty to help you keep America running. Employee and stakeholder safety are a top priority amidst the current health crisis. As a result, we are taking necessary precautions that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Travel – all unnecessary business travel is postponed. Team members are equipped to video conference for inquiries, so please reach out with any questions or issues as needed.
- Employee Safety – we meet daily to review updates and pivot operations accordingly. Strict sanitation procedures are in place and our HR team is striving to abide by suggested Health Department guidelines regarding contact monitoring and employee leave.
We continue to actively communicate with our vendors to make sure orders are fulfilled with little to no disruption. If any changes occur to your orders, we will communicate updated timelines as soon as they become clear. We continue to field inquiries concerning future orders/projects.
For parts and service oriented inquires, please proceed as usual. We want to help make sure your production lines stay operational.
